Unfortunately, these are the only 2 days we will be able to deliver.  If you are not available at your allocated time, you can let us know to leave the parcel with a neighbour.

We will not be able to leave the parcel outside the door (due to weather conditions and security).

Not at all.  All guests can make their own choice of meals.   All the meals are packed individually.

A booklet included in the parcel will show you how to prepare every dish and also how to plate it.

This is to make the entire process of preparing the meal as easy as possible in the least amount of time.

Our reheating instructions come with a choice of using your oven & hob  to reheat some items or a microwave, if you do not have them available at home.  Generally an oven, hob and microwave is all that you need as equipment.

With regard to kitchen essentials you will need pans, skillets (frying pans) and oven trays.  It is also a good idea, but not necessary, to have some grease proof paper handy to avoid having sticky trays after heating your dishes in the oven.

Your food will arrive in a temperature controlled box with added gel ice packs.

Once you receive your box, you are advised is to put all of the content into your fridge.  It is recommended you, therefore, make sure you have enough space in your fridge to accommodate this.

Our menus list all the different allergens in the food choices.  It is, therefore, your responsibility to make sure you order the correct meals.  Due to the high turnover of the orders on the day, no special orders can be placed for Christmas dinners.

Although, the minimum you can order is 2 adult meals, there is no maximum limit on how many you can order for,  We guess it is down to how many chairs you have around your dining table!

As most of the starters and desserts come ready to be plated with no cooking involved (except for the soup & Christmas pudding), it is mainly the main course that requires reheating.

We estimate that an order of 6 guests with require a total of 30-35 minutes to prepare and reheat the main course.  As a good tip, you can start preparing your main course items 15 – 20 minutes before you serve your starters.  Once you have finished all your starters (approximately 15 minutes), your main course items should be ready to start plating.

Smaller parties will obviously take slightly less time and larger gatherings would take a little longer preparation.

As you will see, this is a lot less work
